The Government of Pakistan has laid down certain rules under the Immigration Act Manpower Recruitment on behalf of Overseas Employers.

Based on that, we require the following documents from our valued clients:

v    Power of Attorney (Electronic Wakala).  

v     Demand Letter clearly specifying the Terms of Employment.  

v    Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) of the Employers.  

v     Copy of the Visa Payment Slip (Tazkira e Marajia).  

v     Copy of the Sponsor’s Identity Card (Bataqa).

Middle East & UAE:-

Power of Attorney and Demand Letter must be attested by Pakistan Embassy.
